WHAT MADE YOU FALL IN LOVE WITH THIS HOME?
We searched extensively as we have lived in many homes around the world before and
knew exactly what we were looking for. We chose this wonderful home due to it being under
construction, so that we were able to customize for form, function and quality of finishes. We
were thus able to maximize the open plan design to create an exceptional flow throughout the
first floor and create a powerful connection between indoors and outdoors via room wide, floor
to ceiling windows, al-la Loft style living in NYC, that maximizes the lightning in the 'Great Room'
family lounge and that connects us with the outdoors and nature. We specified a wood burning
brick construction fireplace and a wet bar in the family room area. The master bedroom was
customized to include 2 custom finished walk in closets, a Jacuzzi, glass encased shower, heated
marble flooring and a great view of the outdoors that fosters tranquility. We ensured great quality
and unique finishes throughout.

Also important to us, as we were returning to the USA after living abroad for a number of years, was
superb accommodation for our college aged kids and their friends so that they had a 'home from
home' after all the years of International travel and vacations. We were attracted to the fact that it is
on a moderate use Federal main road that is kept snow free to allow for unfettered access to roads
and highways to airports and business/shopping venues in winter storms as we travel extensively
both domestically and internationally. We chose to leave the basement unfinished as we use
it we use it mainly for exercising and the unfinished style reminds us of our rustic college year
accommodations. We met and exceeded our expectations in every way possible.

DID YOU EVER CONSIDER A POOL?
We have had pools in several properties we have owned but did not have a use for one at this
stage although it would have been feasible.

WHY ARE YOU MOVING?

We are downsizing as our children are married and out of state and we will move closer to them
and the grandchildren. We work from home and are thus geographically mobile. We will dearly
miss our neighbors! They are friendly, considerate and cooperative.

TELL ME ABOUT THE GROUNDS ...
Great views of nature from indoors and out. Very private especially in summer when the
neighboring houses are essentially invisible and we are all on properties that are an acre of more
in size so one has great privacy yet the comfort of neighbors nearby for security and emergencies.

WHAT MAKES YOUR LOT SO SPECIAL?
Top of the Hill, close access to State Road, mostly level and easy to maintain and great for kids games.

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO MENTION?
You truly can't beat living in such a great location! Easy access to all forms of travel, shopping, restaurants,
beaches and parks, medical services and the Theater and Arts.
