We will miss about 12 Lancaster Drive

1. We are going to miss the huge backyard, our gorgeous pool, bonfires in the summer,
entertaining outdoors, and our famous 4th of July party every year... we even had a live
band one year! (Set up on the deck and we watched from the hill!)

2. We will miss the incredible outdoor lifestyle in our home. We will miss the outdoor
shower, sledding, soccer, wi le ball tournaments, bonfires, pool parties, BBQs and games.

3. We will miss our awesome open layout, we loved it that we could watch kids from one
room and be able to cook dinner at the same time.
4. We will miss our spacious Kitchen, it is truly heart of the house. We hosted gatherings,

holidays, watching kids do homework, holidays were an ease with the open flow to the
Dining Room and Family Room.

5. We will miss our finished Lower Level! The perfect place for watching sports, playing
games, football, board games, and hosting sleepovers for multitude of kids!

6. We will miss the INCREDIBLE location- perfectly situated close to the beach, walking
trails, West Norwalk's Lakota Oaks, biking distance/saftey to school, walking distance
to the playground and basketball court at Ponus Elementary school, shopping on
Connecticut avenue, Darien, New Canaan center, and best of all the prime commuting
location– my husband used Rowayton station to get to NYC everyday.

7. We will miss our luxurious new Primary Suite and Bathroom- ideal for relaxing in the
jetted soaking tub overlooking our private yard. We will miss reading a good book by the
dormer window and leaving the stress of the day outside the door! It truly feels like an
escape from the hustle and bustle!

8. We (and our puppy Gypsy) will miss our cozy, bright Living Room for reading and relaxing
by the bay window. It lets in such great natural light. We will also miss around the
holidays hanging by the wood burning fireplace!
9. We will miss the upstairs Flex room– The Dining Room is such a great flexible space, we
are not formal Dining Room people so the sunny bright room was perfect as a game room
for the kids where we could keep an eye on them from the Kitchen. It is a perfect option
for Dining Room, Family room, or sunny O“ce option!

10. We will miss our wonderful neighborhood– the kids enjoy riding bikes to everything;
friendly neighbors, playground, school, and more! We love how in our neighborhood the
kids still come over and ask the boys to come play!
