Q: Will you miss the neighbors/neighborhood?

A: We will definitely miss our neighborhood. We are lucky to have super nice neighbors, lots
of boys and kids in the neighborhood. It is safe and quiet. We have cops and firefighters in
neighborhood so we feel great about that! It is a safe street for for walks, bike riding, games
and trick or treating!

Q: Tell me about the grounds..

A: The grounds are the best part of this home and what really sold us. The amazing in ground
gunite pool that gets sun all day long, beautiful fertile gardens, we enjoy our chickens
and yummy free eggs! We have wonderful blossoming hydrangeas in the summer, apple
trees, blueberry bushes, and raspberry bushes to enjoy... of course when the deer aren't
enjoying eating them! We have an irrigation system in place which keeps the lawn beautiful
year round. This yard is truly the perfect place for hosting gatherings, many pool parties,
birthdays, outdoor movie viewings etc, have happened here!

Q: What makes your property so special?

A: There is almost too much to mention but a few fond memories come to mind: the kids
playing wiffle ball up by the shed on the nice level yard. They had so much fun sledding and
snowboarding down the back yard. We will miss the boys playing soccer and having picnics
with our babies up by pool in the shady area. What makes our property special truly is
that every section of the yard offers something different! We have perennials and butterfly
bushes all around and that bloom all summer long... glimpses of beautiful humming birds
and butterflies visit us by the pool! We will miss our rose bushes by the pool and the
gorgeous burning bush and trees in the fall.
