Top 8 Things you will love about 35 West Road
1. The property, it is so close to nature with tons of space, walking trails through the
woods, a field for hitting baseballs and tons of wildlife.
2. The location, as it is close to both Fairfield and Westport, and still providing that
secluded feeling when you are in the home.
3. Great for gatherings. If you like to have guests, the house is certainly big enough
with varied spaces on the first floor and the finished basement inside, and the outside
spaces to have all your friends and family over for the holidays or just because you
want to.
4. The Natural light. In the family room there are two natural skylights and plenty of
large windows which means that if its sunny you never have to turn on the lights, and
it is just a great room to hang out it. Also the large window in the entry lets a lot of
light spill all through the house, so when you leave your bedroom in the morning you
really feel like you’ve entered this big sunny space and I always loved that.
5. All the neighbors are super friendly, so many would stop by and say hi to my dad
when he was in the yard and growing up I had lots of friends in the area, I have zero
regrets about growing up at 35 West Rd.
6. The school systems – I loved my time at Joel Barlow and Hellen Keller and think it is
a great place for kids to go to school.
7. In the last 5 years I have spent some time at home with my parents and I will miss
the Easton community, it is a not only beautiful town but has such a nice small town
feel, yet, close to all the amenities.
8. The space to have the dogs run in the yard, it was so easy to tire them out and fun to
be able to run around without worrying about them getting too far.
