Jesus during His period led this movement
serving the weak and uplifting people who
were downtrodden. This challenged the
Roman empire. His movement focused on
diffusing the dominant system and pene-
trating the kingdom's values into society.
Jesus wanted to accelerate God's mercy
and compassion with His love. However,
people could not understand His mission
of saving people's lives, they wanted Him
to be crucied. This moment of the crucix-
ion was destined and was foretold by
Jesus. The disciples were not able to face
this Cumulonimbus situation, they were
terried of the separation from Jesus, they
were stranded and lost, they couldn't
think of what's going to happen to them. It
was anticipated from any human after
witnessing, the grievous and terried
situation of the disciples, after they saw
the bruised and battered body of Jesus
Christ. They had lost the courage that
Jesus had built in them to face this very
day.
When the disciples were not able to stabi-
lize themselves and, in their vulnerability,
they hid from the major crowd, who were
in search of them. The news that Jesus is
alive, as well as when Jesus himself
appeared among the disciples and encour-
aged them not to give up on their faith and
commitment, in continuing the ministry of
Jesus.
Jesus knew that only His presence among
them would infuse them with life and
hope. When the disciples came to know
that Jesus is no more among the dead and
that He is alive, a ickering hope arose.
