Introduction

This manual is provided to all new ombudsman during their training process. This manual contains numerous resources,
forms and web links. There are several trainee journals in the manual trainees complete during shadowing each ombudsman
activity. This manual is also available for all current ombudsman.

You can access the document on the PDA LMS under the LTC Ombudsman section. Once you access the document, you can
download it or print it. Always check the version of the manual on the PDA LMS to make sure you are using the most current
version.

This manual will be updated periodically. The content of the updates will be summarized on this page.
