discussing the feedback from the employers for the programs of the Faculty of Engineering, then

reaching many of the recommendations mentioned in the attached file in the meeting committee.

To complete the quality of teaching and learning in the Mechanical engineering program, a new
plan was prepared by a committee selected by the department head. After completing the

preparation, two experts from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia were selected to arbitrate the new

plan. The committee also considered the opinions of the arbitrators (Annex S1-1-6-3-a, S1-1-6-3-b,
S1-1-6-3-c, and S1-1-6-3-d). The program management provides reliable and publicly disclosed

information to the community about the program description, performance, and achievements

that suits the needs of the stakeholders. The extent of stakeholders and community satisfaction

with the performance and level of graduates was monitored through questionnaires prepared for

this purpose. This questionnaire showed an average value of 3.94 from 5 points, while the
questionnaire showed strengths of “the graduate has good skills in dealing with others” and also

“the graduate has enthusiasm and motivation to work” with a value of 4.41. Some points also

showed lower values of 3.29 “the graduate possesses the necessary knowledge and skills to do his
            job.” (Annex S1-1-6-4).

1-1-7 The program management provides reliable and publicly disclosed information to the

community about the program description, performance, and achievements that suits

                    the needs of the stakeholders.
The reliable information on the Mechanical engineering program is published in website, So that it

is available to the community and stakeholders (https://bu.edu.sa/en/web/faculty-of-

engineering/department-of-mechanical-engineering). The Mechanical engineering handbook is

also available for the community which includes the mission, objectives, and orientation of the

Mechanical engineering program. Based on the guide to quality management and academic
accreditation, the program administration submits the program description for open manner to all

stakeholders of the program (Annex S1-1-7-1), and its update and approval with NQF in

Mechanical engineering department council No. 2, topic No.5 (13/2/1445) (Annex S1-1-7-2). The
