satisfaction of faculty members can be measured using the job satisfaction questionnaire among

            faculty members (Annex S1-1-8-5), the average results of the questionnaire for faculty members is

            3,54 on a 5-point scale. It is also possible to measure the job satisfaction of university employees
            through  the job satisfaction  questionnaire among university  employees  (Annex S1-1-8-6),  the

            average results of the questionnaire for employees is 3.73 on a 5-point scale.

            Finally, The department of Mechanical engineering has adopted an academic integrity policy and
            procedures to address academic violations (Annex S1-1-8-7) The Scientific Department applies the

            integrity policy to  ensure the highest  ethical and  professional  standards  are  guaranteed, to

            support performance and behavior at all times.



            1-1-9  The program management applies  the systems, regulations, and procedures  that are
                    approved by the institution/college, including those related to grievance, complaints,

                    and disciplinary cases.

            Al-Baha University developed a mechanism to address complaints and grievances of members of

            the  faculty. It aims  to provide an  academic  work environment to  enhance the concept of
            teamwork and mutual respect among all employees, which shall be positively reflected on the

            quality of the outputs  of the education. Where sometimes  problems  arise and may lead to  a

            negative impact on the performance of the faculty staff. Guide to the grievance mechanism for

            Also, Al-Baha University developed a clear mechanism to address complaints and grievances of the

            employees. This aims to provide an administrative work environment to enhance the concept of

            teamwork and mutual respect among all employees, which shall be positively reflected on the

            efficiency and effectiveness of the educational process. Sometimes problems arise and may lead
            to negative impact on the performance of the employees, so the university issued  handbook for

            the mechanism of complaints of the university personnel in Al-Baha University (Annex S1-1-9-2).

            Moreover, the disciplinary regulations that are for the student will be found in (Annex S1-1-9-3).

            Al-Baha University  believes that it is necessary to establish a clear policy and  procedures for
            student grievances, ensuring that all students obtain,  their rights, and also guarantees the

            university’s ability to fulfill its mission. Regulations for filing student grievances will be found in

            (Annex S1-1-9-4).
