•  According to the KPI-P-9 analysis, the rate of feedback from stakeholders is evaluated the

                    rate in academic year 2022-2023 (3.94 on a 5-point scale) which is higher than to the target

                    benchmark (3.7) and the external benchmark Taif University (1.9).


            Areas and priorities for Improvement :

                •  Updating the website to provide  reliable  and publicly  disclosed  information  to the

                    community about the program description, performance, and achievements that meet the

                    stakeholders’ needs.

                •  Activate the role of specialized advisory committee to contribute to the development and

                    improvement of performance. A sufficient number of qualified cadres should be available
                    to perform its administrative tasks.

                •   The recruitment faculty members (professors and associate professor) to reduce the

                    student-to-faculty ratio and achieve the desired benchmark of 13:1.
                •  Re-external benchmarking of  KPIs  with academic programs,  rather than institutional

                    comparison.

                •  Activating more a long-term community partnership long term plan to show its role and

                    clearly evaluate  the achievement of  the related KPIs by providing internal and  external

                    benchmarks comparison analysis.
                •  Activating plagiarism policy to cover detection methods and consequences of plagiarism

                    for research and student assessment.

                •  Developing scientific research in the department through the following items:
                      Developing and supporting scientific research and research projects

                      Providing specialized laboratories equipped  with modern equipment and their

                       requirements

                      Technical support for these laboratories.

                      Developing the infrastructure supporting scientific research.
                      Enrich the culture of scientific research ethics.

                •  Activating student partnerships with businesses and factories and research partnerships at

                    the program level.
