and codes updating in Mechanical engineering department council No.18, in 20/09/1444 H, topic
No.4 (Annex S1-1-7-5). Also, the program management monitors the courses result by courses
report analysis and improvement (Annex S1-1-7-6), and its approval in quality committee council
in 20/02/1445 H (Annex S1-1-7-7). Also, the program management reviews the improvement plans
annually as shown in (Annex S1-1-7-8). The feedback from stakeholders is evaluated by
questionnaire of the stakeholders (Annex S1-1-7-9). This measures some of the skills that the
graduate acquired during his studies in the Mechanical engineering department, such as, (the
graduate proposes recommendations to improve performance at work, the graduate has the
ability to think analytically, the graduate has the ability to think critically, and the graduate is
characterized by high professional ethics, etc.). The results of the questionnaire showed the extent
of communication between stakeholders and the scientific department and the extent of
stakeholders’ satisfaction with the graduate of the Mechanical engineering department, and this
indicates transparency between each of them.
1-1-8 The program management is committed to activating the values of the scientific
integrity, intellectual property rights, rules of ethical practices, and proper conduct in all
academic, research, administrative, and service fields and activities.

The university management applies the regulation of the intellectual property rights protection
system issued by Royal Decree no. (M/11) at 05/19/1410 AH. Which includes a list of the literature
that is being protected, such as books, lectures, and works of various arts, crafts, and computer
programs, it also includes the duration of protection duration period and penalties. (Annex 1-1-8-
1). The University council No.7 (1443) issued a special decision on the best practices policy in the
event of suspected violations and abuses (Annex 1-1-8-2). The university management applies the
code of professional conduct and public office ethics by the experts committee of the council of
ministers of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Annex 1-1-8-3). The program management monitors the
progress of the tests and ethical practices through the test follow-up Mechanical engineering
department subcommittee, and the test progress report is attached (Annex S1-1-8-4), and
problems and cases of cheating are referred to a faculty subcommittee to study the students’
issues and problems. The formation, tasks and decisions of the faculty subcommittee to study
students’ problems and issues are explained in the next item (1-1-9). Finally, the level of
