I have just received an e-mail message from our office secretary,
informing me that our general director, Mr. Hutchins will be retiring next

month. By that time he will have been working as the company director for
20 years. Mr. Hutchins has been a great boss, he has brought huge success
to the corporation. All employees of the company are going to organize a
special farewell party. Our company has branches in many cities, and their
staff will join the party through the Internet. They will be sending their
greetings to Mr. Hutchins via video conferencing tools. I am sure he will be

praised for his great job. Everyone will be sorry that he has to leave
the post.
