3. Guarantee of Fundamental Freedoms
They protect essential freedoms such as freedom of expression, belief, association, and
movement, allowing individuals to live freely and safely.
4. Establishment of Justice and Rule of Law
Human rights support justice by ensuring fair trials, legal protection, and accountability,
which strengthens trust in legal and social institutions.
5. Social Peace and Stability
Respect for human rights reduces violence, conflict, and social unrest, helping to maintain
peace and harmony within society.
6. Economic and Social Development
By securing rights such as education, healthcare, work, and adequate living standards,
human rights contribute to sustainable development and poverty reduction.
7. Protection of Vulnerable Groups
Human rights protect vulnerable groups, including children, women, the elderly, people with
disabilities, patients, and minorities, from abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
8. Encouragement of Participation and Democracy
