In the frequency range from 0 to 100 Hz, the maximum values of the
amplitudes in the spectrum corresponded to frequencies from 45 to 52 Hz
and amounted to 0.2 ... 0.5 μm. Since the rotation frequencies of the circles
(nKP = 3000 min) were in this frequency range, their insufficient balance is
the main source of forced oscillations.
Table 1 shows, in descending order, the values of the vibration spectra
parameters characterizing the surface quality when grinding the inner
diameters of the spline shaft on finishing passes. The weight coefficients of
each quality indicator (criterion) are taken to be the same. For each of the three criteria, the
average value of the corresponding parameter over several measurements is given vibration
spectrum. For each treatment scheme, the total value of the points characterizing the degree
of loss of surface quality is given.
