Sustainable investing has become an unstoppable megatrend. More and more investors want their financial products not to aim for high returns

at any price, but also to take ecological and ethical requirements into account.

Therefore, the BLACK MOUNTAIN GLOBAL GROUP also pursues "sustainable investing" in its diverse range of activities, an investment strategy

that makes it possible to both achieve the expected returns and remain true to your values. It doesn't matter whether you are committed to a

cause or social change, or whether it is about how a company or a

Intensive struggles over the distribution of food, water and

living space, natural disasters as harbingers of dramatic

climate change and floods of refugees on an unknown scale

have sensitized mankind:

become the motto.

As far as our field of activity in the “real estate sector” is

concerned, we have also strategically aligned it with the

environment and society, in addition to the classic real

estate sectors.

In doing so, we use predestined and recognized studies from

environmental research. In particular, we use architects,

project planners and environmental researchers who face the

challenge of developing solutions to the problems caused by

urbanization and climate change.
