               Strategy # 1

               Acquisition of land, islands for new construction of objects / projects or the acquisition of existing real estate / residences, primarily in the high-

               end price segment.



               For this purpose, if necessary, corresponding financing concepts of the group of companies can be integrated, which are primarily based on the

               asset value and the profitability of the property plus a percentage equity share to be paid.



               There are several options for paying off the capital service (interest and principal), such as:



                The percentage settlement of the capital service (loan) is made through the current income from the property and, if necessary, additional

                    capital funds to be raised. A repayment suspension (bullet loan) can be included, the total repayment of which is only due at the end of the

                    term.



                A "non-resourse loan" (loan without recourse), where in the

                    event  of  a  loan  default,  the  property  represents  the  sole

                    liability  for  settling  the  capital  service  and  consequently


                    there is no comprehensive liability for the other assets of the

                    borrower.




                An amortization-free loan where an additional "discount" is

                    included and this "discount" takes over the repayment of the

                    loan, thus freeing the borrower from repaying the loan.
