USE OF CREDIT FUNDS FOR ASSETS:

Should the lender agree to the desired financing structure – “Asset Based Funding”, the further use of the funds generated from the loan would also be used, among

other things, for the further processing of the two assets (Ruby & Emerald) into high-quality polished individual gemstones.

As documented in our current COMPLIANCE PACKAGE, the two gemstones - RUBY & EMERALD - are in a natural and untreated state.

RUBIES and EMERALDS are rare and highly valuable gemstones, making them among the most valuable gemstones in the world. Considering their current condition,
they have enormous potential for appreciation.

Since 1995, market prices for naturally colored, unprocessed gemstones have at least tripled. Rubies have even experienced an incredible increase of 1,200%.

Calculated annually, rubies in their unprocessed state achieve an increase in value of approximately 8% per year, and emeralds approximately 5% per year. (Source:

Rubies are the hardest mineral in the world after diamonds, but much rarer than diamonds. They are the red variety of corundum, and the most
sought-after rubies are "pigeon blood" red. They are attractive as an investment starting at 1 ct. Clear red stones weighing 5 ct and above are

                                absolute rarities.

Emeralds are the green variety of beryl. Deep green, clear specimens are particularly desirable. A special cut was developed for EMERALDS: The so-

called emerald cut looks like a rectangle with bevelled corners when viewed from above.
