SPARK VENTURE PARTNERS LLC intends to further process your gemstones - RUBY & EMERALD in order to maximize their assets and thus further increase them. As far

as their further processing is concerned, we have briefly summarized the most important items for you in the following sections.

After the final production of our RUBY & EMERALD, we will then decide whether to integrate the individual gemstones from their further processing into our asset
portfolio in order to enhance the reputation, creditworthiness, and associated asset growth for our company-managed asset portfolios, or to increase our own credit

flexibility combined with their credit facility in order to generate additional capital with the help of suitable financial platforms, whose capital resources will then be

used to acquire further additional assets.

Our group of companies also reserves the option of reselling the finished gemstones through classified gemstone exchanges, such as auction houses, gemstone
dealers, or jewelers, from whose sales proceeds, for example, so-called financial letters of credit are acquired, which are then further monetized in order to, in turn,

increase the credit facility of the group of companies from the capital amounts generated and, in this context, to acquire further assets.
