Before our decision-makers continue the final discussions with the contracting parties selected for this purpose in the future, bring them together to form a

CONSORTIUM and then draw up the relevant contract documents on this basis and subsequently have them signed by the future contracting parties of the
CONSORTIUM, we require your prior approval of the contents of today's TERM SHEET.

We would therefore kindly request that you grant us your approval of the contents of today's TERM SHEET after reviewing them. In this context, we have taken the liberty

of preparing a draft for your approval and providing it as an appendix to today's TERM SHEET.

Since our decision-makers would like to inform the selected contracting parties about the next steps in a timely manner, we ask you to give us your approval within the

next 3-4 banking days after delivery of today's TERM SHEET.

Should you have any questions regarding the contents of the TERM SHEET or any comments regarding corrections to the attached draft, we will be happy to answer your

questions in further correspondence.
