 Can the software meet my requirements?

 Will it be delivered on time?
 Will the vendor provide me sufficient training

 Is the software customizable and scalable when my business grows or changes?
 Will the vendor charge me reasonably to make changes?
 Will the vendor be able to support me at the speed and time I need?

 How stable and reliable is the vendor?
 Does the vendor have similar clients in your industry who will recommend?
