Abstract:
Inflammation and pain are linked. Inflammation is directly linked to tissue injuries caused by different
sources such as chemicals, infections (caused by external invaders like bacteria or viruses), thermal
deregulations and medical disorders. Many natural products have been produced in pure form plants
considering that the middle of the nineteenth century and majority of these products can now be employed
as active agents in modern medicine. Analgesia is a vague, uncomfortable sensation induced by noxious
stimuli both external and internal. Fever is defined as a body temperature that is greater than normal due to
an elevation in the hypothalamus set-point temperature. Potential therapeutic medication candidates can be
found in medicinal plants. New medical plants are being introduced around the world in order to generate
effective, cost-efficient, and safe medications. Natural-source drugs have fewer adverse effects and better
working potential. Herbal medicines can have less adverse effects than medicinal drugs. Analgesia is a
vague, uncomfortable sensation induced by noxious stimuli both external and internal. Fever is defined as
the elevated body temperature. This article gives information about the isolated compounds for analgesic
and antipyretic activity and useful for future investigators.
