Recreation Services
The Recreation Service offices are located at the Litchfield Park Recreation Center (LPRC),
100 S Old Litchfield Road, 623-935-9040. LPRC offers on-site and off-site recreation programming
for youth and adults that includes aquatics, adult fitness, youth and adult sport leagues and
preschool. The lobby, weight room, basketball and tennis courts are available year round, open
seven days a week from mid-April through Labor Day, and closed on Sundays from Labor Day
through mid-April. The outdoor pools and therapy spa close annually on Labor Day and reopen

to view hours of operation, weather closing policy and weight room rules. Daily fees to use the
faiclity are $3 per person, children 3 and under are admitted free with a paying adult. A variety

The City of Litchfield Park
will be remembering the men
and women who died while serving in the United States Armed Forces with a Memorial Day
Ceremony on Monday, May 27, 2019, at 7am. The tribute will take place in front of the World
War II Memorial on the west side of Litchfield Elementary School, 255 E. Wigwam Boulevard,
Litchfield Park. The event will include the placing of floral tributes at the memorial, a prayer,
moment of silence and the playing of Taps in honor of the brave men and women who died
while serving our country. The commemoration is expected to last approximately 30 minutes and
is open to the public. Parking will be available in the south parking lot of the school. For more
