Parent-child interaction water acclamation classes are designed to give a parent guidance on teaching their child good swimming
skills. Parents will learn holding positions, kicking skills, and how to encourage good body positions. Discussion of repetitious
commands used for safety training will be taught. A swim diaper must be used by tots. Ages 6 months to 3 years of age, class

Endurance and Stroke Development Just Keep Swimming
This is an excellent class, designed for teenagers 13 to 18 Stroke development with focus on technique, while building
years of age, to sharpen your swimming skills before the high endurance. Great fall sports conditioning.

Red Cross Lifeguard Certification & Training

Classes taught at the Litchfield Park Recreation Center pool. This is an American Red Cross Lifeguard Training class. The
class is 30 hours and it will certify you in Red Cross Lifeguard

First Aid. You must be 15 years of age and you must pass

Guard Start Course requirements:
