Its involved with learning, memory, language, and speech.
Cerebellum: part of the brain responsible for balance and
coordination. Responsible for simple movement like typing
on keyboard or cycling.
Medulla oblongata: connects the brain to the spinal cord. It
helps control the blood pressure, heart rate, and breathing
rate.
Hypothalamus: part of the brain that regulates body
temperature, appetite, thirst, water balance, and fear.
▪ Peripheral Nervous System:
Includes: somatic nervous system (voluntary) and
autonomic nervous system (involuntary).
Somatic nervous system: relays information to and from
skin and skeletal muscles.
Autonomic nervous system: sympathetic nervous system
and parasympathetic nervous System.
