appropriate security orientations/training, background investigations, and clearances at the pre-

Facility Security Officer
Vysnova outsources a Facility Security Officer for service and guidance on our Cleared Projects. If
managing a Cleared Project, the FSO should be invited to the Contract Kickoff via the email address
fso@vysnova.com. The PM will also be required to read the ANNEX G: Managing Cleared Projects and
obtain FSO signature upon completion of reading the annex and consultation with the FSO.
Corporate-Level Security
Physical Security
Vysnova staff working in the Vysnova DC project office or the Vysnova Maryland corporate office
should refer to the Employee Manual and signs posted in designated areas for evacuation procedures.
In the event of normal weather-related emergencies, Vysnova home office employees will follow OPM
(www.opm.gov) guidance regarding the option to telework to avoid dangerous commutes. If working
at a client location, Vysnova staff will follow client guidance on teleworking or continuity of operations.
In the event of a larger emergency that disrupts normal operations, the Vysnova corporate office will
release specific guidance on the continuity of operations via email.
PMs expecting visitors to a Vysnova office are required to have all visitors sign in at the reception desk
and wear the designated visitor badges. Vysnova staff working at or visiting client sites will abide by
client security and badge requirements.
