about the building process, and she continues
pushing herself to become even more valuable as a
team member.
“I’m far from where I want to be in the
construction industry,” she said, but Nicole likes to
recall a few quotes when she thinks about pushing
herself. As Site Manager Eric King would say, “You
have to keep digging in the drawing.” Andy Allen,
Director of Field Operations, also imparted some
good advice: “Trust yourself; we all make mistakes,
as long as you learn from them.”
