Welcome to GrayU

Colleagues,

It is my distinct privilege to welcome you to your one-stop-shop for
all things training and development at Gray – the enhanced GrayU.
Our mission with GrayU was to create a modern learning portal of
resources tailored to the needs of Gray’s greatest asset: our team
members. Inside, you’ll find a diverse array of material aligned to our
business, our core values, and your personal skills development.

A highlight of this new learning platform are channels dedicated to
the career roadmaps of Gray’s bloodline, the 3-legged stool. In the
future, we will continue to tailor collective resources to positions and
departments across the enterprise to ensure all team members are
provided similar pathways for growth.

We are excited about our robust instructor-led portfolio, GrayU
Live!, found in this brochure that will be offered throughout the
year. I challenge each of you to own your future and career with
Gray by seeking out and attending sessions that are applicable to
your workflow.

When I was a public-school teacher, I used to have a banner across
the top of my chalkboard that said, “Smart isn’t something you are,
smart is something you become.” That message isn’t something that
stops when we finish school, or when we reach a certain level in our
careers. There are areas in which ALL OF US can improve.

We are all part of something bigger than ourselves here at Gray. But
sometimes it’s worth everyone’s time, for you to invest in you. I feel
strongly that your future self will thank you!
