Customer Relationships
Everyone wants and values their business relationships, but how do
you establish effective business relationships? Is it just about meeting
people? You can meet someone and talk, but does that mean you
have a relationship? Effective business relationships take dedication
and commitment. In this course our BD team will share their key
to building effective business relationships, including building the
initial relationship, relationship maintenance, and Gray’s Customer
Service Program.
