Business Development: What’s Our Story LU
and What Are Our Processes at Gray?
How Do These Impact the Three-Legged
Stool?
Our Business Development (BD) team plays a crucial role in the
success of Gray. They generate new sales leads, negotiate customer
pricing, and forecast sales revenue. In this class a member of the BD
team will cover project chase efforts, new market entry, key markets,
and how we stay ahead of competitors.
