Dahlen, Spec Engineering, and Gray Solutions were able to Denkai America
attend the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) 2021 National Cerrowire
Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana. At the conference, team Hill’s Emporia Expansion
members attended learning engagements, group discussions AWS CMH086
and networked with other SWE members. Another exciting
aspect of the conference was a career fair where team members
were able to engage with SWE members in internship and
career opportunities that are offered at Gray and increase our
brand awareness on a national stage with female engineers.
As Gray continues to grow and develop our diversity and
inclusion, we look forward to more engagement opportunities in
the future. After connecting with industry leaders and learning
