DIWALI AND CHILDREN’S DAY CELEBRATION
Students and teachers at CMS Rajendra Nagar I celebrated
Children’s Day this year virtually due to the Covid-19
pandemic restrictions. From dance preparations to plays, a
plethora of activities was live-streamed by teachers for
students on the 13 of November,2020. The school decided
th
to hold early celebrations this year as the day coincides with
Diwali. Hence the campus was abuzz with activities to
celebrate Chidren’s Day and Diwali together.
The teachers presented beautiful programmes for the
children to make the day special for them. The students did
various activities in the online classes to celebrate Diwali .
The students made lanterns and paper diyas.
To make the celebrations more colourful, various
competitions were organized for the mothers in which they
enthusiastically took part. They sang songs, danced and
made beautiful rangolis.
