                tive consequence into a positive result.



                                                         Mike’s Conflict

                Mike began making loud noises during social studies class. His teacher asked him to stop
                making the noise because it was distracting the other students. Mike ignored his teacher’s

                request and continued making loud noises. As a result, his teacher informed him that he has
                to serve detention after school for one day.
