7. TREE PLANTATION-It was taken up at several instances to build more
greener environment in and around the Vidyalaya.

8. Celebrations-World AIDS day, Vanmahotsava, World Tobacco Day,Earth
day etc activities are organized to impart the main value message through
celebrating these days.

9. National Science Day is organized every year to celebrate the Sir C.V.
Raman path breaking experiment on scattering of light called Raman Effect.
On this day all throughout the day there are several activities planned for the

students and children showcase experiments, and other observations.

The entire science faculty is committed to augment the minds of the students
towards building scientific temperament, knowledge and acumen, so that they will

develop and devise better strategies for the survival of the mankind and
conservation and balance in ecosystem.
