Our parent community has been extremely supportive. Live broadcast of our Virtual
Independence Day Celebration was a smashing hit. Keeping in line with our culture and
tradition, we have also conducted virtual celebrations on Gokulashtami, Children's Day,
Diwali, Teachers' Day, Gandhi Jayanthi and all the nine days of Navarathri. For all these
programmes, our children have participated, videos have been made, edited and uploaded
to Social Media Platforms like YouTube.
Activities done by children have been posted on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
We received a report from YouTube which gives our statistics as follows - for the year 2020:
v 1241 minutes of content
v 1064 subscribers
v 37,837 new views
v 1,33,746 minutes - viewers have watched - i.e around 2291 hours
v 5024 Comments and

This is as on December 12th, 2020.
This does not include the 8 Hours of Science Exhibition. Part 1and part 2.
In retrospect, I wonder if all this would have been possible in normal school days.
Our classrooms are made ready to reopen. Our teachers have made sure our children are
academically prepared for the next class. Children have not lost out on the education front,
as we have made it as normal as possible for them.
Every cloud has a silver lining. This period has shown us that we are capable of doing
wonders with limited resources. Personally, I am looking forward for the next challenge.
I only hope that the rest of 2021 and the years to come will be kinder to us and we get back
some semblance of normal.
Stay safe, stay healthy.
