                      Wine Serving Temperatures


                       Wine                Temperature

                                           As a general rule, red wines are served at room temperature.
                                           5.1.11  Red wines: 18-21˚C.
                       Red Wine
                                           Some young red wines also may be drunk chilled at about
                                           10-13˚C

                       White Wine          White wines should always be served chilled, between 10-12˚C

                       Rose Wine           10-12˚C

                       Dessert Wines       Served well-chilled between 6-9˚C
                       Champagne
                       and other           Served well-chilled between 6-9˚C
                       sparkling wines



                      If a wine chillier is not available, an ice bucket filled with ice and water will bring the
                      temperature of white wine down quickly.
