TECHNICAL PERFORMANCE GUIDE
The following is a guide on what is required to optimise the technical performance of a Print to AR campaign. Understanding and adopting the points detailed below are critical to implementing a campaign that technically performs well.
Print to AR campaigns are delivered using two main processes:
1. Image recognition
2. Content streaming.
Print to AR campaigns that do not perform well technically usually fail in one or both of these areas.
Tip: If when scanning a marker, the scanning icon on the mobile device continues to spin then it indicates that the device has not yet recognised the image, if on the other hand the icon starts to pulse in and out but the experience is not delivered then this indicates and issue with the streaming of the content (internet issue).
