As expected, Harley's funeral service was attended by an immense
assembly of people that adored him. One particular anomaly was the
long line of blind friends and acquaintances proceeding through the
funeral chapel with the aid of their white canes and, in some cases,
service dogs. Not so visually discernible were the many people
attending who had family members either currently dealing with
cancer or who already suffered the death of a loved one.
At the front of the service area was a long table covered with a
quilt, upon inspection had been created from the many t-shirts Harley
had accumulated on his lifetime adventures. Upon this quilt were
placed many of Harley's possessions which portrayed his many
