Club Manager immediately. It is unacceptable for any Club Member or Guest to abuse any
         employee of the Club, verbally or otherwise.

7. Food and Beverage. All food and beverages consumed on Club Property must be furnished by the
         Club.

         (a) Alcoholic beverages will be sold, served and permitted to be consumed at the Club only as
                   permitted by Wyoming law. The Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse
                   service to any person who appears intoxicated. The Club will not sell or serve any alcoholic
                   beverages for off-premises consumption unless purchases fall under the liquor packaging
                   exemption provided by the state of Wyoming.

         (b) No food or beverages shall be brought onto or consumed on the Club premises which have
                   not been purchased from the Club.

         (c) Employees are permitted to deliver food or alcoholic beverages to locations away from the
                   immediate area of the clubhouse only with the permission of the Owner or its designee (the
                   “Club Operator”).

8. Functions. Club Facilities may not be used for functions or for fund raising efforts to benefit any
         charitable or political cause or for organized religious services without the Club’ prior approval.

9. Hours. The Club Facilities shall be open on the days and during the hours as may be established,
         from time to time, by the Club. Areas of the Club may be closed for scheduled maintenance and
         repairs and the Club may restrict or reserve the use of the Club Facilities from time to time. The
         Clubs hour of operations will be established and published by the Club based on seasonality and
         its sole discretion.

10. Lockers. Unless otherwise permitted by the Club Manager, no one under sixteen (16) years of age
         is permitted in the men’s or women’s locker rooms unless accompanied by an adult.

11. Mailing Addresses. Each Member shall be responsible for filing with the Club Manager, in writing,
         his or her mailing address, and any changes in mailing address, to which the Member intends all
         monthly statements and other notices from the Club to be sent. A Member shall be deemed to have
         received mailings from the Club three (3) days after they have been mailed to the address on file
         with the Club Manager.

12. Members Lists. The Club will maintain a list of all the Members of the Club, including their
         addresses. The Club will provide to each Member a copy of the Club Membership List. The
         Membership List is confidential and Members must not distribute it to any person or business.
         Each Member must promptly notify the Club Manager of any changes of address for such Member.
         Whenever any billing or any written notice is required or permitted to be given to any Member of
         the Club, such billing or written notice which is addressed to the Member at his or her last address
         as shown in the Club’s records shall be deemed to have been provided or given properly.

13. Petitions. Petitions shall not be originated, solicited, circulated or posted on any Club Property
         without the Club’s Manager’s advance approval.
