3. The returning member is prohibited from benefiting from any then-current membership drive
program.
4. The returning member’s previous membership account must have been considered resigned in good
standing, with nothing owed to the Club upon the termination date of the account.
5. In order for a returning member to reinstate to a category of membership that is lower in monthly
dues than their previous membership, the returning member must have been resigned and
terminated from the previous membership for a minimum of 12 months.
6. No credit will be given for any amounts previously paid to the Club.
LEAVE OF ABSENCE OR INACTIVE STATUS
1. Inactive status may be granted by the Club in its sole discretion for illness, accident, life altering
event, or work related transfer. Inactive status may only be granted one time per membership and
shall not exceed a period of one (1) year.
2. If an inactive membership is granted, the Club will be the judge of the duration of said inactive
status up to one (1) year. No membership dues will be charged while a member is inactive.
However, fees may apply for various amenities provided by the Club.
3. Inactive members shall not be entitled to Club privileges, except as Guests and then subject to
limitations established by the Club from time to time.
4. Not fewer than thirty (30) days in advance of the inactive period expiring, the member must re-
establish active membership by written notice to the Club. Member shall be charged a reactivation
fee of not less than $500 and shall be reactivated to same membership category and immediately
commence paying the applicable dues. An inactive member who fails to complete the reactivation
before the inactive period expires shall be deemed to have forfeited membership and resigned from
the Club.
SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP; OTHER DISCIPLINE
1. Discipline. A Member may be suspended, or may be asked to resign, or may be expelled from
membership if the Club Manager determines that a Member does any of the following things:
(a) Exhibits conduct that constitutes grounds for discipline under these Membership Rules.
(b) Does not pay monthly Club Account balances or any other fees, assessments, fines, or other
charges due to Club.
(c) Does not abide by the Rules of Play.
(d) Treats Club employees in a discourteous or otherwise unacceptable manner.
(e) Exhibits any other kind of conduct that is improper, inappropriate, or unacceptable in the
context of a private country club.
2. Grounds and Procedure for Discipline. Any Member, Family, or Guest is subject to discipline for
violation of these Membership Rules. The Club Manager shall be the sole judge of what constitutes
