4. Step Down from an Individual Golf Membership to a Social Clubhouse Membership is subject to
         certain conditions. No Step Downs will be permitted unless either two (2) new Social Clubhouse
         Memberships or one (1) new Individual Golf Membership replace the member in the Individual

YOUNG FAMILY GOLF OR GRADUATE GOLF MEMBERSHIP STEP DOWN

1. Member must have been a Young Family Golf Member or a Graduate Member for a minimum of
         1 year without interruption before they are eligible to make the Step Down request.

2. Step Down from a Young Family Golf or Graduate Membership to a Social Recreation
         Membership is subject to certain conditions. No Step Downs will be permitted unless there is one
         (1) new Young Family Golf Membership joining to replace the Young Family member stepping
         down.

3. Step Down from a Young Family Golf or Graduate Membership to a Social Clubhouse Membership
         is subject to certain conditions. No Step Downs will be permitted unless there is one (1) new Young
         Family Golf Membership joining to replace the Young Family member stepping down.

4. Step Down from Graduate Social is not available.

SOCIAL RECREATION MEMBERSHIP STEP DOWN

1. Social Recreation Members may Step Down to a Social Clubhouse Membership at any time with
         no terms or restrictions. Request must be in writing and will be effective at the beginning of the
         next billing month. No proration will be given for the month that the request was made.

RESIGNATION POLICIES

1. A Member who intends to resign her or his Membership in the Club (“Resigning Member”) may
         do so by giving written notice of such resignation to the Club. The Resigning Member’s privileges
         regarding the use of the Club Facilities shall cease immediately upon such resignation.

2. There is no refund of any amounts for Initiation Fees, monthly dues or any other fee charged.

3. There will be no proration of dues, fees or charges for the month within which the resignation is
         received.

REINSTATEMENT

1. If the Resigning Member wants to renew or reinstate a membership in the Club at some later time,
         then any such renewal of membership shall be subject to a new Club membership application
         process and the Club shall have the prerogative in its sole discretion of accepting or denying any
         such renewal Membership Application.

2. The renewal of any Resigning Membership shall be subject to a Renewed Membership Acceptance
         Fee which the Club shall set in its sole discretion and may modify at any time. The returning
         member must pay an amount equal to the lesser of: (a) the combined total of the back dues, dating
         back to the date of their last monthly dues paid to the Club; or (b) the then-current Initiation Fee
         for the desired category of membership.
