ROGUE YOUTH TRANSITIONS

Rogue Youth Transitions is a three-week summer outdoor youth program in the Rogue
Valley. We serve 10 to 14 year olds who are beginning to show signs of trouble, such as
social withdrawal/isolation, poor grades and attendance, disrespectful behaviors at home or
school, difficulty managing emotions, early involvement in the justice system, and early use
of drugs or alcohol. Our focus is skill development, self-management, leadership, fitness,
nutrition, team building, and emphasis on increasing self-esteem, confidence and aware-
ness. Adolescents learn how to communicate effectively and begin to make choices that will
impact their long-term success. When they return home, they will have the skills to take
appropriate risks that will help them grow and take charge of their lives. Check the website
