ASHLAND ON A PLATE
A NEW CULINARY EVENT COMES TO
SOUTHERN OREGON
he newly formed Ashland Culinary Alliance is excited to bring
TSouthern Oregon a world-class food festival, Ashland on a Plate.
After months of eating take-out pizza or eating out of the pantry, folks
are ready to eat out of someone else’s kitchen, in a different space. From
August 1 - September 30, Ashland will be transformed into a foodie’s
paradise. Imagine eight delicious weeks of curated, one-of-a-kind food
and beverage experiences turned into a city-wide culinary takeover.
Restaurants, parks, retail spaces, and streets will be filled with food,
drink, creativity, and culture. The goal of Ashland on a Plate is to rebrand
Ashland as a culinary destination, “the tastiest small town in the Pacific
Northwest.” The one-time ticketed events feature special chef collabora-
tions, pop ups, wine dinners, exclusive festival dishes, and unique and
original cocktails. The events will showcase the intimate connection
between local culinary, winery, and brewery professionals with Rogue
Valley farmers, ranchers, cheesemakers, and artisan food producers.
