WHAT’S NEW
LITHIA SPRINGS RESORT
REOPENED WINE GARDEN AND
TASTING ROOM AWAITS YOU
fter staying home for what seems like a longer time than it actu-
Aally was, people are ready to head out and explore, resolutely or
cautiously. And what better outing than to enjoy a glass of wine in a
garden setting. Lithia Springs Resort reopened mid-June, and looks
forward to serving you. Step inside and order your wine in the tast-
ing room, then enjoy access to the wine patio and resort gardens—
over four acres of lush gardens. They are proud to partner with four
nationally acclaimed partner wineries, Cowhorn Vineyard & Garden,
Plaisance Ranch (a recent addition), Quady North Winery, and Troon
Vineyard. Each wine partner focuses on organic practices, minimizing
petroleum-based inputs. Cowhorn and Troon practice the Biodynamic®
farming method, also referred to as regenerative agriculture. The
resulting wines express the terroir of our region and reveal the deep
secrets of harmony and complexity of our individual landscapes.
Bites are also available, as are Caldera beer and ale.
This year, a staycation makes more sense than ever, so book a stay at the
resort. Their water story began centuries ago when Native Americans
discovered the mineral springs. They learned of the water’s healing pow-
ers, declaring the springs “common ground” for all tribes. You may enjoy
a soak in those same waters today, piped to your room for a private
soak. A stay includes use of the outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, breakfast, tea
service, fitness cottage, and Wi-Fi.
Lithia Springs Resort sits at the southern end of Ashland, a perfect place
to relax and a base for outings, whether you want to shop, take in local
history, or explore nature.
