Shopping anyone? In November The Village
welcomed its latest Boutique tenant, Timber
and Tonic, rounding out the existing boutique
lineup of Simply Sharpe and Ella Lane! Timber
and Tonic brings a very hip selection of Men’s
designs to compliment the women’s offerings.
After all that shopping, you will definitely need
a drink. The pièce de résistance for 2020 will be
the much-anticipated completion of the new-
est restaurant in the Rogue Valley. Tap & Vine
at 559 will launch as a showcase of the best in
beer, wine, and food—the go-to place to enjoy
international twists on pub fare with flare. Tap &
Vine focuses on supporting the incredible talent
and passion our region has to offer. They will
source from local growers, makers, brewers,
and vintners, offering an unparalleled regional
          food, beverage, and entertainment experience.

It’s looking like 2020 will be the year that
really brings to life the vision that began when
the Managing Partners for LBG Real Estate
Company first discovered this diamond in the
rough. To see the potential in this property was
the first and key component to what has been
unfolding at the Medford Center. To be able to
watch it transform to Southern Oregon’s pre-
mier retail, entertainment, and lifestyle desti-
nation has been truly amazing. Medford is lucky
to benefit from this wonderful investment in
our community. Life just got better in Southern
                                                    Fall in love with
          Oregon.
