My Little Corner Cafe
Rita’s Live Love Shop
Across the entryway from the barbershop is Grants Pass
Vintage Outlet, a delightful antique and collectible shop
featuring jewelry, furniture and tchotchkes of all kinds!
To add to the space is a large upstairs loft, The Hivve,
a sharable workspace perfect for anyone who needs a
professional and beautiful space to work, hold meet-
ings or have conferences. There’s also a recording studio
space for podcasts or any other commercial use. Trever
Yarrish, Lumpkin’s business partner and visionary that
co-developed The Hivve, brought his company Zeal
Coding as an anchor business to the space. There’s also
a room for video conferences, client meetings, presen-
Artist Paul James Cunningham, tations, classes, parties, networking, and recording. The
“Isles of Amnesia” featured at untitled 2.0 vision is to have a professional space to house as many
resources and services any business needs— a collabora-
tive workspace catering to creatives and entrepreneurs.
No great space is complete without food! My Little
Corner Café—a grab and go café with sandwiches,
wraps, salads and drinks, including Noble Coffee—sits
right next to a lounging area, as well as a ping-pong and
a foosball table.
Be sure to check it out— you might be inspired to move
your business into their extra, open retail space or even
rent a desk or an entire office!
