The past unresolved is always there to catch up on you. Unresolved, or better
still, not fully utilised, it lingers behind you on your road to fulfilment. It drags
on you slowing your progress, and often stops your progress altogether. When
you become complacent around its existence is when it is at its most
dangerous. No doubt these writings will provoke some unpleasant memories
from you past. In doing so, these writings allow you to address those issues
afresh; only for the reason of helping you resolve them. We have spoken so
often of responsibility and would remind you that everything in your life to
date has been there through your choices and therefore are your responsibility.
We know this can be very hard for anyone to accept, but only if they are ego
controlled. Spirit sees that everything happens for a good reason, the ego
determines whether if approves or disapproves, determines if it is ‘good’ or
‘bad’. The reason why there are unresolved issues in your past is because you
sought to solve them from an ego perspective. Forgiveness is no remedy as it
is an ego undertaking, and generally used to escape the real message of the
spiritual guidance and learning, contained in the event. Once you can have a
full understanding of the scenario, then you can assimilate its lessons into
wisdom for your present and apply that wisdom to your future. In this way you
can continue your journey unimpeded, going from adventure to adventure. If
there are things you are aware of that you have not done, do them now. It’s
never too late. Assess where you now see yourself. Ask yourself are you
fulfilling your ambitions or did you just happen to make it this far in life?
Remind yourself of your childhood dreams about growing up. Do those
dreams have any relevance to where you are? Had you forgotten them or
discounted them? Were they dashed by the influence of others or of other
things and events? Often you were more aware of your future when you were a
child. Have you ever noticed how many receive what is often called a late
vocation? This vocation is normally what they would have intended all along,
had they been aware. How many people upon retiring from their work begin to
