has little to do with belief. Belief is a transient state;
that should only be occupied by those who recognise the
quest they are embarking upon, the quest of knowledge
and of integration with the truth. Knowing is the truth.
In order to be truly spiritual it is necessary that knowing
is the goal, and not belief.
Many find themselves struggling with their
beliefs, and find the limitations of accepted orthodoxy
prevents them finding peace and harmony in their lives.
Often beliefs are controlled by the structure that is based
on the fear of God. When it is discovered there is a
alternative hypothesis or philosophy outside of these
limitations, allowing freedom to think and experience;
allowing choice - it is an opportunity often grabbed. This
theoretical philosophy can be tested; and through
practice, truth in one’s self can be discovered and
personal power realised. Organised religion feeds on the
personal power of it’s followers; using the fear of the
wrath of God, the threat of hells fires, bad karma, etc., so
