Separation..... 1.

               An Introduction.

We are given to understand by geologists that the earth three
hundred million years ago was one land mass and one water
mass. It is my understanding through the creation myth in
Genesis that this earth provided a world that was perfect. An
afterthought appears to be the creation of humankind.
However, whereas the story in Genesis gives definitive stages
for this creation, I understand that the process of creation was
gradual and beginning at some far off, infinite past. Of
course, this understanding does not comfort the scientific
mind that constantly seeks to prove or disprove the
hypothesis. Spiritual understanding is based on acceptance of
what is and the trust of all that preceded the 'now' was part of
the Divine order and the creator of 'now', as 'now' is the
creator of the future. we are also given to understand that
creation is by the hand of God and does not include the
creation of God. God is the essential ingredient of all that is
               in this universe.

This land mass that was part of the earth, and the sea mass,
were composed of all the essential ingredients that would
support and nourish all future life. We also know that three
hundred million years is only the recent past as far as the life
of this planet is concerned, and the emergence of human form
is more recent still. The Divine essence of God permeated all
of creation, and still does. The Divine essence can be divided
into four elements, the elements of earth, air, fire, and water.
it must be considered in this hypothesis that we are not
treating these elements as material substances, no more than
