Sebastian continued, “As an exercise we will do some contacts
with others. I will control your contacts. Don’t be surprised
with what you see as those who contact you may not be totally
correct or fully prepared for what they are being allowed to
do. However be contented and relaxed and your feelings will
help those who contact you and help them settle, now begin.”
“I am Kay. I am in Spirit for quite some time but have not
realised my position for so long that I am having trouble even
now accepting it. I was quite young at the time of my passing
as I had an accident involving the neck and it was broken by
pressure. I did not feel pain, only a conscious strain until I
passed into Spirit. It was not uncomfortable and by all
accounts of others on this plane they felt that the passing is
never painful. The lead into the passing can be painful due to
illness or accident or murderous deeds. Do not fear anything
as Sebastian is by your side as are all of us who will want to
use you for contact and help. God bless you and pray for us

“I am another left handed Spirit, if we as Spirits can ever be
described as having hands. My name is Michael and I too
have been here some time. It takes a while to adjust to these
new surroundings and use of the senses as they are to be used
here. It is a bit disconcerting when you are here and unused
to your abilities. Think of a place and suddenly find you are
there, no need to arrange travel, only to think and you are
doing or going where ever you like. That perhaps is the
biggest temptation here. You mess instead of using your time
sensibly and not learn as you should. God is good, God is
generous, God is humble, God is. These things you must
