I had been told by Sebastian that I was to cease writing until
they called me again as there was a problem with negativity
(negative energy) being present. Then Sebastian returns, “I
have to tell you that goodness has prevailed. The forces of evil
have been defeated and all is normal. As you have been told I
am from a higher plane. I am from the plane that does not
return to earth. We have evolved past that stage but still
undergo considerable tuition in the course of goodness. We
Spirits on this plane give lessons to those on the lower planes
and also at times return to those planes to impart knowledge
to you on your earthly programme. I am still not totally ready
for you as you are not totally ready for me but we will retain
contact and shall both prepare ourselves for what is to come.
I would like you to meditate every day. Relax completely but
do not fear impressions that will come to you. Do not try and
shut me out, as you may not at this stage agree with what I
will tell you. You must learn to trust and accept what I say
and follow my instruction. I realise my writing imposes a
certain strain on you but the need to write for me will lessen
as time progresses and you learn. We will develop an easier
method of communication. Don’t forget to meditate every day
for a short period of time and I will instruct you as you go
along. Do not fear evil as we in Spirit will protect you.” He
went on to explain that part of the difficulty that had occurred
had to do with the communicator E.B. and had been rectified.
He also told me that the victims of the murder had “settled
