As I sat to receive writings this day I felt a strange sensation
running from my right hand to my left hand. I was as if a power
shift was taking place. It didn’t feel right to hold the pen in my
right hand as normal so I took the pen in my left hand. It felt
awkward but right. Then my hand began to move. First it wrote
out the alphabet in longhand. Then it wrote, “Yes, I believe in
God the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth and in
Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord, beautiful words, not used
enough, more used without consideration for reference. I am
a Spirit and can see the bad effects such irreverence can
cause on this plane. Mankind on earth should learn that if
they need to swear there are many other words they can use
without causing the discomfort to us in Spirit. My name is
Sebastian.” This communication carried with is a sense of
sternness and strong intent. This was to be my next teacher.

About this time I had also begun to get communication from
another soul. This soul identified herself and I shall use the
initials of the name she gave me, E.B. E.B. wrote, “I need your
prayers and every bodies prayers. The circumstances
surrounding my passing have led me to you. I am in never
land and can get no help.” I said that we would help her from
here if that were possible. “Thank you. Life is far from
pleasant in this state. The Spirits cannot help as they feel I
could contaminate them.” “Could you?” I asked. “Probably,”
she replied. I enquired how could this happen. She told me, “I
